Enjoy exploring meditative tools to rekindle your natural qualities of peace, love, happiness and inner spiritual power. Raja Yoga is at the core of what we teach. It is an ancient spiritual discipline that can be used for relaxing, refreshing, and clearing the mind and heart, leading to a deeper experience of peace and positivity. It provides us with the spiritual knowledge and practice needed to strengthen ourselves from the inside out.
The foundation course starts every month, as noted by the date above, and meets once a week for three consecutive weeks. If needed, please ask about setting up a different class schedule for alternative times.
All workshops and retreats at Anubhuti are made possible by the generosity and contributions of the participants. Please check with our staff for details.

Tuesday 7 - 8:30 pm
with special guest Jim Ryan
We will look at tales, legends and ancient icons and see how they have survived as remnants of once great truths and explanations of spiritual wisdom. Like old artifacts, they have become part of our speculative world of enigma and mystery. In most we are left with a story, but with no key to decipher meaning. Our seminar/workshop will connect these relics of the past to their original truth, thus enabling them once again to be a true source of inspiration and guidance
Jim Ryan is a an educationalist, a personal development trainer and an author of several books on spiritual development and meditation. He lectures extensively conducting seminars and workshops on meditation, positive thinking and spiritual philosophy. His presentations are a blend of humor, lightness, in-depth philosophy and practical up-to-date strategies.
