At some point in life, we all experience different forms of physical and emotional pain. Step inward to identify the root cause of pain and learn working on minimizing pain through mindful practices like meditation, Pilates.
Topics Include:
- Benefits of Pain management through meditation and relaxation techniques
- Self-empowerment and healing through Pilates
- Experiential rejuvenation and explorative value based exercises
Facilitators: Vinod Mungalpara, Naya Calmels, Vaishali Jogi, and Manna Singh

Vinod Mungalpara, board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management expert.
Naya Calmels, A nationally certified Pilates Teacher, Integrative movement specialist and yoga teacher.

Vaishali Jogi, MBA, Program coordinator- Anubhuti Meditation and Retreat center, Rajayoga practitioner- 25 years.
Manna Singh, Rajayoga teacher and meditation practitioner for seven years.
A vegetarian lunch will be served, as well as snacks at a tea/coffee break.
