Breathe Life into Body, Mind and Soul ~ Tuesday Series Online

In this 3-part series, we will explore the 8 Limbs of Raja Yoga and how they apply to the Brahma Kumaris practice of Raja Yoga Meditation. The objective is to create equilibrium in the body, mind and soul. Each session builds on the previous one.

In this session we will learn how simple guidelines and discipline enhance the quality of life and lifestyle.
April 18 – Breathe Life into the Mind
In this session we will learn how some physical movements and central breathing can help to create a quiet mind that can create quality thoughts.
April 25 – Breathe Life into the Soul
In this session we will learn how to access the meditative blissful state of our inner being – The soul
