
Tai Chi Class Yang Style ~ In-Person
New class starts September 6th. Thereafter, we meet weekly on Saturdays 10:00 am to 11:30 am
Journey inside moving life energy. Increase flexibility, relaxation, balance and concentration. Strengthen and enliven the body and spirit. Experience meditation in motion. Open to all levels and experience. We will start with warmups to open the inside body and create grounding and structure, then transition to learn the Yang style long form Tai Chi set. Usually we practice a Qigong set after the warmups.
We will meet outside weather permitting, so please bring hat, sunglasses, windbreaker, gloves, etc.
Class for new students starts on the date noted. Thereafter, class meets weekly.
Instructor Fern Jeffcoat has taught Qigong and Tai Chi since 1993. Fern focuses on integrated movement, grounding, and breathing which facilitates a healthy coherence of mind and body.
