- Bring yoga mat if you wish to participate in hatha yoga session
- Bring water bottle to fill at water station
- Bring layers for changeable weather
- There is plenty of parking. An attendant will guide you to your parking place. There is access for disabled.
- We love pets, but please leave yours at home.
- Children are welcome
Program is outside under the big tent in-person at Anubhuti Meditation and Retreat Center in Novato.
