Awakening the Healer Within Day Retreat~ In-Person

Trauma is the impact of an event, what is still reverberating through us on many levels because of that event. By engaging in regular somatic spiritual meditation we safely accelerate trauma healing. This practice releases stuck patterns in our mind and body, which boosts our integration of spiritual truths and self-acceptance.
During this Transformational Day Retreat:
- Experience the healer within
- Learn integrated healing practices that address body, mind, and soul
- Take home blossoming self-compassion, presence, and self-respect
Facilitator: Deborah Burnham, PT, integrative healer in multiple modalities, student and teacher of Raja Yoga Meditation on Hawaiian island of Kauai. She currently provides body and soul health coaching.
Retreat includes delicious and wholesome vegetarian lunch and snacks with tea/coffee break.
