Life itself is an art, shaped by the quality of our daily actions. When ordinary actions are performed with awareness, care, and consistency, they turn into mastery. Through continuous practice, we learn to live better, think clearly, maintain relationships, and stay balanced. Inspired by this understanding, a series of experiential sessions focuses on mastering inner stillness, thoughts, renewal, and self-sustenance.

Facilitator: Vaishali Jogi, professional account manager, Anubhuti teacher and program administrator. Spirituality and the joy of sharing goodness have always been Vaishali’s passion. In her teenage years, Since pursuing a career as an MBA, she has been offering meditation sessions, self-development workshops, yogic cooking and meditative dance movement classes to people of various faiths and professions at multiple locations in India and USA including City College of San Francisco where she serves as a Senior position in business office.

Retreat includes delicious and wholesome vegetarian lunch and snacks with tea/coffee break.
